My Client seeks an ambitious EDM Technician to program and operate a variety of RoboCut EDM machines. Parts produced are for specialist equipment as well as high-end scientific customers. Their company is evolving into a dynamic design and manufacturing business, offering extensive knowledge and services within the mechanical engineering industry, specializing in Prototyping, Rapid Tooling and High/Low quantity Production. They are a forward-thinking progressive company with a modern office and factory serving some of the biggest consumer brands in the world with specialist food processing equipment.
Key Skills:
- Experienced in offline programming from models and drawings.
- Highly accurate and fast worker.
- Experience of machining a variety of metals.
- Experience of high tolerance work.
- Excellent attention to detail and takes pride in a clean and organised workplace producing high-quality work.
Hours of Work:
- Basic week of 37 Hours.
- 08:00 to 16:30 Monday to Friday.
- 5 weeks holiday.
Remuneration:
- Excellent Salary £35k to £48k basic.
- Excellent working environment.
- Bonus based on company performance (not contractual).
