As our representation expands, we are seeking highly skilled and motivated CNC Turners

Working Hours (Either days or nights)

  • Monday-Friday 7:30-4:00pm
  • Flexible 4 day Mon-Thurs Night shift.
  • Either 6pm-6:30am or 6pm-4:30am
  • Shift allowance of 25%

Overview: We are looking for CNC Turners who is proficient in programming, setting up, and operating CNClathes The ideal candidate will have experience working with XYZ Prototrak or Siemens controls.

They will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring high-quality production and meeting strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Versed within reverse engineering and repairs within a mixture of medium to heavy environments.
  • The ability to look at a repair project and decide on the best methods for work holding and machining.
  • Select and install cutting tools, adjust tool offsets, and make necessary machine adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
  • Interpret and modify CNC programs as needed to optimize machining processes and minimize cycle times.
  • Perform regular machine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations and prevent downtime.
  • Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments to verify part dimensions and tolerances.
