About the Role
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Toolmaker to join a busy and well-established manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a professional Toolroom environment, supporting production through maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement of tooling.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain die and trim tool condition in line with TPM programmes
- Support production by responding to machine and tooling breakdowns
- Carry out scheduled tooling changes to meet production demands
- Assist with wider Toolroom activities and priorities as required
- Identify and implement continuous improvements to enhance tooling reliability
- Work in a disciplined and methodical manner, adhering to company procedures and Health can-do culture within the team
