Contek Recruitment are currently working with a precision engineering company, located in Alford, Lincolnshire. Due to company growth, they are looking for an experienced TIG Welder to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. Responsibilities: * Perform TIG welding on various materials, such as aluminium and steels, ensuring high-quality welds that meet industry standards. * Conduct inspections of completed welds to ensure compliance with quality standards. * Using precise measurements and calculations during fabrication processes. * Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations. Requirements: * Proven experience within TIG welding is essential. * Familiarity with aluminium work and the ability to fabricate components from raw materials. * Able to use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
