Contek Recruitment are working with an electrical contrcator based in the north east, they are seeking an experienced, highly skilled electrician to join their team specialising in periodic inspection & testing of existing installations and initial verifications of new installations. They deliver high-quality testing and inspection services across domestic and commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out periodic inspection and testing of electrical installations
* Perform initial verification of new installations
* Undertake remedial works, small installations, and general maintenance
* Conduct emergency lighting testing and EV charger installations
* Maintain accurate test results using certification software (Fastest preferred)
* Adhere to all relevant safety and compliance standards
* Travel as required to support projects across the UK
Requirements:
* C&G 2391 or equivalent (essential)
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)
* Proven experience in inspection and testing (domestic & commercial)
* Proficiency with certification software (Fastest experience advantageous, training provided)
* ECS/CSCS safety passport (essential)
* IPAF certification (advantageous)
* Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills
* Willingness to travel as business demands
