Due to continued growth, we are looking to add a confident and organised Telesales Administrator to our team based in Sutton Coldfield. The Role

Your primary responsibility will be making persistent outbound calls to prospective clients within the industries we recruit for, gathering key company information and helping support business development activities. Alongside telesales activity, you will also support the wider team with general administrative duties.

Responsibilities

  • Making outbound calls to prospective engineering and construction companies
  • Gathering and updating company information and contact details
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Completing and updating Microsoft Excel spreadsheets/forms
