A punctual, reliable and professional approach to shift work. Shift Pattern This position operates on a 12-hour rotating shift pattern covering both days and nights, averaging 40 hours per week. The pattern works on a three-week rotation: Week Shift A Shift B Shift C Week 1 Mon/Tue Days + Thu/Fri Nights Mon/Tue/Wed Nights Wed/Thu/Fri Days Week 2 Wed/Thu/Fri Days Mon/Tue Days + Thu/Fri Nights Mon/Tue/Wed Nights Week 3 Mon/Tue/Wed Nights Wed/Thu/Fri Days Mon/Tue Days + Thu/Fri Nights This provides a balanced rotation of days and nights, with an average working week of 40 hours.
