The project involves converting a historic pub into modern apartments. With generous 10–12 hour working days available and a guaranteed timeline through to the Christmas handover, this is an excellent opportunity for reliable sparkies looking for solid hours and consistent work over the coming months. Key Responsibilities * Delivering comprehensive 1st & 2nd fix electrical installation work across all apartment units. * Containment, cabling, wiring, faceplates, lighting, and consumer unit installations. * Working efficiently alongside other site trades to keep the project on schedule for handover. * Strictly adhering to site safety standards and health & safety regulations.
