We are looking for an experienced CNC Miller to join our growing manufacturing team on a full-time, day-shift basis. Role Overview In this role, you will be responsible for setting, operating, and offline programming CNC milling machines to produce high-precision components. We are seeking a skilled machinist who can take parts from drawing to final component, ensuring high quality and adherence to strict engineering standards. Key Responsibilities * Set, operate, and offline program multi-axis CNC milling machines. * Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and tolerances. * Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and cutting conditions. * Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment to ensure specifications are met. * Assist in continuous improvement activities to optimize machining processes and reduce cycle times. Requirements & Qualifications * Offline Programming: Proven experience with offline programming software (any major CAM package will be considered, e.g., Mastercam, Edgecam, HyperMill, SolidCAM, etc.). * CNC Milling Expertise: Strong background in CNC milling operations, setup, and control systems. * Machining Knowledge: Excellent understanding of cutting speeds, feeds, tooling selections, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). * CNC Turning (Desirable): Prior experience with CNC turning is an advantage, though not essential.
