Site Manager - Fit out

We are currently recruiting for a Site Manager for a Commercial refurbishment & renovation contractor on a permanent basis. The work can range from a variety of projects in the leisure,retail, residential, education and carehomes to name a few. Values of projects will range from £300k to £2m. You may be required to stay away from home, time to time. This is a fantastic opportunity Your Responsibilities * Overseeing direct trades & subcontractors (up to 40 staff on-site) * Leading health & safety compliance (toolbox talks, site reports, risk assessments) * Ensuring high-quality standards are met across all aspects of the project * Reviewing and preparing site reports & drawings What You'll Need: * 5+ years of Site Management experience (fit-out sector preferred) * SMSTS & CSCS Black Card * First Aid Certification * A background in joinery is a plus What's on Offer? * Permanent position with long-term stability * Company van + fuel card * Accommodation + food allowance provided when working away * Overtime opportunities available Full UK driving licence
