We are recruiting a Contracts Manager to handle small works projects from initial client contact through to final account. Based from our Potters Bar office, you will run jobs across London (inside the M25) and the Northern Home Counties. This is a complete project management role for someone used to pricing, running, and delivering multiple short-duration works simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out site surveys to inspect work, confirm requirements, and define scopes for small works, repairs, and minor refurbishments.
- Price jobs accurately, calculate labour, plant, and material costs, and submit clear quotations to clients.
- Manage awarded projects from start to finish, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Coordinate trade teams and subcontractors across various regional sites.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the duration of each project.
- Proven experience in contracts management within construction or property services.
- Practical track record of pricing and delivering small works or minor works projects.
- Strong communication skills for managing client requests and site teams.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Proficient with job management software and basic IT packages.
- Salary up to £50,000 per annum depending on experience.
- Company vehicle and fuel card.
