Hours: Monday to Friday - Double Days (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm)

The Opportunity
We are currently working in partnership with one of the UK's leading Automotive manufacturers, who are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced engineers who are passionate about continuous improvement, mentoring others, and driving innovation in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform breakdown activities and support diagnostic investigations.
- Help to train team members in planned maintenance tasks.
- Define critical spare parts and budgets.
- Work on improvement projects and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams on new part introductions.
- Promote and challenge safe systems of work.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven competence in at least two disciplines (e.g., robotics, mechanical, electrical).
- Strong problem-solving and cost-saving mindset.
- Experience with Siemens S7 and Fanuc/ABB systems (desirable).
- Ability to influence and drive improvements across departments.
