Skilled Sheet Metal Worker Position Type: Full-time - Temp 2 Perm Salary: £15-17 per hour Hours : Monday to Friday (40 hours per week) We are looking for a skilled Sheet Metal Worker to join a reputable fabrication company, based in Greenford, North West London. The ideal person will have a solid background within sheet metal fabrication, with experience working on brake presses, turrett punch presses, bandsaws, and welding equipment. The company specialises in the design and manufacture of enclosures, instrument cases and other housings for the electronics industry. Their product portfolio also includes a wide range of moulded and metal enclosures together with in-house customisation capabilities where required. Operating a range of machinery, including brake presses, hydraulic presses, fly presses, bench drills, turret presses, bandsaws, and welding equipment. Be physically able to work in a small factory environment and to be able to lift and move materials, tooling, etc. Base hourly rate of £15-17, dependent on experience. ~5% company pension contribution. ~ Early finish on Fridays. ~ Overtime paid at time-and-a-half. ~22 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.
