The Opportunity
We are currently working in partnership with one of the UK's leading Automotive manufacturers, who are seeking a
Maintenance Engineer to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced engineers who are passionate about continuous improvement, mentoring others, and driving innovation in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Perform breakdown activities and support diagnostic investigations.
Help to train team members in planned maintenance tasks.
Define critical spare parts and budgets.
Work on improvement projects and implement permanent corrective actions.
Collaborate with engineering and project teams on new part introductions.
Promote and challenge safe systems of work.
Ideal Candidate Profile Proven competence in at least two disciplines (e. g., robotics, mechanical, electrical).
Strong problem-solving and cost-saving mindset Experience with Siemens S7 and Fanuc/ABB systems (desirable) Ability to influence and drive improvements across departments.
