Job Title: Labourer – no CSCS required! Location: Spalding Salary: £29,744 – £35,692 per annum + Overtime + Bonus Payments Hours of Work: 50 – 60 Hours Monday – Friday Type: Permanent Start Date: Immediately (flexible for notice periods) Our client is a privately-owned, family business specialising in signage. They have a requirement for Labourers to join their team on a permanent basis. The job involves working away from home Monday to Friday and is paying a basic of £30k based on a 50-hour week (working 60 hours will lift the basic to £35k) and overtime is available for any work carried out after 8pm at a rate of time and a half. There is also a profit share bonus, and all accommodation is paid for along with food allowance. Pay will rise in April making the basic salary to £31,746 based on a 50-hour week (working 60 hours will lift the basic to £38k) This job will suit someone who enjoys a bit hardwork and is a bit handy. A drug and alcohol test will be required as part of the induction.
