For over 30 years, we have built an industry-leading reputation across the UK for tackling complex engineering, heavy haulage, and lifting challenges.

Because we manage high-value asset movements and contract lifting solutions 24/7, keeping our technical fleet in pristine mechanical order is absolutely vital. We take immense pride in our equipment and offer a stable, supportive environment for engineers who love diverse, non-repetitive work.

The Specialist Fleet You’ll Maintain

This role goes far beyond standard distribution trucks. You will be working on a diverse, high-value, heavy-duty lineup of vehicles and specialized plant equipment, primarily featuring:

  • Specialist HIAB & Lifting Plant: Heavy-duty lorry loaders, Versa-Lifts, and complex hydraulic machinery.

Key Responsibilities

Based in our dedicated Kettering workshop, you will handle the preventative maintenance, safety testing, and repair of both commercial vehicles and complex lifting mechanics.

  • Carrying out routine servicing, safety inspections, and preventative maintenance (PMI) on heavy-duty Volvo and Scania fleet vehicles.
  • Diagnosing and repairing advanced mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
  • Inspecting, testing, and maintaining specialized lifting appliances, lorry loaders (HIABs), and related lifting plant machinery to strict regulatory and LOLER standards.

  • Strong Pension Scheme: A negotiable, company-backed pension package.
  • Job Stability: A secure, permanent role within a highly successful, growing family firm offering long-term career security.
