Contek Recruitment are currently working with a plastic precision engineering company, located near Quedgely, Gloucester. Due to growth, they are looking to employ a CNC Operator on a full-time, permanent basis. Working Hours: Rotating weekly shift pattern (morning and afternoons) Monday to Thursday (6am until 2pm) and Friday (6am until 1pm) & Monday to Thursday (2pm until 10pm) and Friday (1pm until 6:45pm) Duties & Responsibilities: * Operating both CNC milling machinery and CNC lathes. * Assisting machinists with loading and unloading components. * Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised workshop environment. * Monitoring the machines to ensure efficiency. Requirements: * Previous experience operating CNC machinery is required. * An understanding of health and safety protocols. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. * Ability to work rotating shifts (mornings and afternoons)
