About the Role

Are you highly detail-oriented with a sharp eye for quality? Our client is looking for a reliable and meticulous Quality Inspection & Deburring Operator to join our Burnley team. In this role, you will be the dedicated custodian of one of our key customer accounts. You will have direct ownership of making sure their parts are flawlessly finished, accurately checked against engineering drawings, and safely packaged for delivery. This is a fantastic Temp-to-Perm opportunity for someone looking to secure a stable, long-term role within a well-established precision engineering business.

What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-Day:

  • Precision Deburring: Hand-deburring and using electric sanders to smoothly finish machined parts and remove sharp edges.
  • Quality Inspection: Checking finished parts against engineering drawings to ensure they conform exactly to specified dimensions and standards.
  • Stock & Materials Handling: Unpackaging raw components, moving stock safely around the facility, and securely packaging completed parts ready for dispatch.
  • Documentation & Admin: Updating internal stock sheets and ensuring all records are kept accurate and up to date.
  • Account Ownership: Taking pride in keeping this key client's orders running smoothly, on time, and to an exceptional standard.
