We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Business Director to lead the delivery and growth of a $38M global contract for a Global Outsourced Marketing Execution and Procurement Company who proudly celebrates 20 years of turning bold ideas into meaningful brand experiences — with a +700-strong team across 60 countries worldwide.

This role will have overall responsibility for the successful operational and commercial management of the account across 16 markets, leading a team of 35 people with 2 direct reports. The successful candidate will ensure excellence in contract delivery, client satisfaction, financial performance, and strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the global contract
  • Manage and develop 2 direct reports and oversee performance across a wider international team of 35
  • Own forecast vs actual performance management, ensuring strong financial control and accountability
  • Deliver against agreed client KPI's and KBI's
  • Drive strategic initiatives focused on harmonisation, operational efficiency, and growth opportunities across markets
  • Build strong senior stakeholder relationships with both internal and client teams
  • Lead monthly business reporting, performance reviews, and governance processes
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and commercial performance
