About the Role: To support the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of a comprehensive Ethics and Compliance Programme, strengthening the company’s ethical culture and ensuring employees consistently understand, uphold, and adhere to all relevant standards and requirements.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as a compliance business partner across assigned regions, ensuring activities meet company standards and industry Codes of Practice.
- Provide clear, solutions‑focused compliance advice and support to affiliates.
- Help improve and streamline compliance processes while maintaining strong controls.
- Deliver training and communications to promote ethical behaviour and policy understanding.
- Support key functions (Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access) with Events Management requirements.
- Review materials for commercial and medical projects to ensure regulatory and compliance alignment.
- Conduct risk-based monitoring and support corrective actions and follow‑up training.
- Lead regional risk assessments and provide input into Grants.
