Sales Business Development

We are looking to grow our sales team... This is not for you.

Okay, let me level with you, we're not looking for normal, whatever normal means. If you think we're looking for somebody to work 9 till 5 who doesn't get excited at the little things, who doesn't really understand the culture, who doesn't understand how exciting bringing data to life can be in service delivery then to be honest we're not interested in you.

Contego; we're a pest control company. Now you might think, yeah anybody can sell pest control and I'm sure they can. But that's not what we do; pest control is the 'service' provided. We focus on first time fix. We produce quality reporting that allows customers to make key decisions quickly in order to reduce risk on the sites... That's what we do.

Ok, so what do we need?

We need people who can proactively go out there and engage with customers. Be passionate about pest control and knowledgeable (we can support and teach you that bit) Be passionate about what we deliver. Be passionate about understanding customer needs and overdelivering what we promise.

Our technicians are well trained and engaged. We deliver that next level of customer support. Our admin, finance, marketing and business development teams are all pushing in the same direction. There is a real buzz in the team, a real buzz through the office, a real buzz through the industry and its infectious with our clients too.

So, what's the job?

We're looking for business development people, its business development, its door knocking,

its client relations, it's even inspecting a client site when your close by and they need a hand. It's delivering that difference that we strive for, and we are pushing hard to maintain.

So where is the job? We'd like somebody in the M62 corridor, and we'd like somebody in the London

area, but we don't really mind the exact location too much because you'll be a go getter... you'll be a " I just jump in the car and win business" kind of person...

We've got everything you need to be able to push on, no excuses. We've got the expertise

like no other, a strong team in marketing producing socials, video, print, content. We have expertise across all platforms. We will help you to understand how to engage with customers online, but you'll still need to be picking up the bloody phone.

Contego is about customers and customer relations, so you really can sell to whomever you

want. People have key accounts of course but, overall, we're not going to restrict you, and we're not going to restrict your earnings potential - only you can do that.
