A leading Automotive OEM is currently seeking highly experienced HR Consultant to work in their Essex location.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new HR team which will be instrumental in setting up and supporting the implementation and growth of this new business.
Skills Required:- Applicants should be degree and CIPD qualified, IT literate and have a minimum of 5 years experience of working in a strategic HR customer-focused role.
- Ideally applicants will have experience of business start-ups and or project delivery.
- At least 5 years experience of working within HR with a proven record of HR service delivery as HR Generalist/Business partner.
- Experience of project management, launching and implementing programmes, business set ups.
- Degree qualified.
- CIPD qualified.
12 months rolling contract.
