You will oversee timely identification, tracking and resolution of software and system issues across complex platforms, with a focus on process adherence and stakeholder reporting.
This role is not hands-on; you will drive actions, maintain defect registers, develop metrics and dashboards, and present KPIs to senior stakeholders, using PMO/Agile/Waterfall governance as appropriate.
