Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience β talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range Direct message the job poster from ContechsAutomotive Design Recruitment Specialist Duration: ContractLocation: GaydonDivision: DesignPosition Description:Our Client are looking for a creative lead experience Visualisation Artist within the Digital Design team to help deliver class-leading Modern Luxury digital experiences.The briefs will be challenging and exciting and you will be expected to challenge and justify your own decisions, confidently sell your ideas and lead by example.A seasoned Visualisation Designer with experience in creating beautiful digital 3D assets, ideally with some knowledge of UI design and how to underpin it all with good UX practices.You know your way around a variety of 3D software, and are experienced creating luxurious 3D animations and high fidelity renders.You will be primarily responsible for designing well thought out in-vehicle renders and assets, you\βre able to work with a network of stakeholders from multiple disciplines across the business to collaborate on ideas and find creative ways to challenge and work within constraints.Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:Create class-leading 3D assets and visualisations that complement and build on the overall experience.Build on existing 3D practices to streamline workflow from concept through to delivery.Collaborate with wider design teams to ensure a consistent narrative.Act as a deputy to UI/UX Design managers and lead and mentor junior designers.Regularly present to Design Directors and wider stakeholders, taking them on a journey to sell your design vision and ideas: Ability to challenge existing thinking in a positive way whilst building credibility and trust through experience and personal style.Key interactions β You will need to collaborate and develop good relationships with a network of stakeholders, both inside and outside the Creative function, including: UX Design, Interior Design, Visualisation, Electrical and integration, Marketing and commercial.Skills Required:Experienced and proficient in Adobe CS + 3D tools such as VRED, Blender, Key shot etc.Able to work effectively both as part of a small team and independently.Confident communicator, able to present and sell your ideas coherently to senior stakeholders and take feedback.Experience Required:A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to interrogate a brief and devise creative, usable and unique experiences.Significant experience as a Visualisation Designer/Artist, some in a Senior or Lead position.Relevant qualification or experience in related field.Experience Preferred:Desirable to have a knowledge of blender but not essential.Automotive experience is a benefit but not a requirement.Ideally portfolio can demonstrate experience of delivering creative work for product UI/HMI.Why work through Contech\βs?Contechs are a leading Automotive, Design, Engineering, Technology & Innovation Recruitment Consultancy.
