Trainer / Change Coordinator 7-month initial contract Based in Gaydon - onsite 5 days per week (mostly) £33ph (Inside IR35), 40 hrs pw *Applicants MUST have proof of immediate, on-going and valid eligibility to work full time in the UK and travel within the EU.* About the company I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking a Trainer to join their team Job Description As Trainer, your main responsibilities include: Ensure the delivery of process re-engineering change, through process centric training content creation and delivery, including the measurement and control of delegates learning and competency, through tests Change control management of training material, in line with process development End/Super user support, to ensure full adoption by the business Managing the \'currency\' of process and methods for all individuals, e.g. new changes need to be cascaded to those already trained to a previous level Building strong, collaborative relationships, ensuring engagement, buy-in and ownership, into a BAU state Supporting and working alongside process owners at all levels, to address issues and concerns real time Qualifications / Skills needed Training development and delivery experience Proven experience in classroom training essential, preferably with process focus Strong project coordination and organisational skills Coaching skills Experience of using Jira/Xray Experience of Agile methodologies Why work through Contechs?
