I am currently recruiting on behalf of an iconic British motorcycle brand with over a century of heritage in engineering and performance. Known for blending timeless design with cutting-edge innovation, they continue to shape the future of motorcycling from its state-of-the-art headquarters in Solihull.
They are looking for a Test & Development Analyst to join their team on a full-time basis, working 5 days per week onsite in Solihull.
Job Description
- Collect, validate, and analyse test data across multiple development programmes (engine, chassis, durability, performance).
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track test progress, build status, and validation outcomes.
- Identify trends, issues, and opportunities from test results to support engineering decision-making.
- Present insights and findings in a clear, structured way to the DVP and engineering leadership.
- Project & Build Coordination
- Support scheduling, tracking, and reporting of test builds and prototype programmes.
- Maintain registers of build requests, test requirements, and validation activities, ensuring alignment across engineering teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings, workshops, and reviews to ensure materials, agendas, and updates are in place.
Person Specification:
- 3-5 years\’ experience in an analyst, test coordination, or engineering support role, ideally in automotive, motorcycle, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other reporting/visualisation tools.
- Ability to manage and interpret technical test data, presenting it in a clear and business-relevant manner.
- Experience in build or project tracking, with strong organisational and planning skills
