As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic 360 Recruiter to join our dynamic team.
As a 360 Recruiter at Contechs, you’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle – from business development and client management to candidate sourcing and placement. You’ll play a pivotal role in building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, working closely with our internal CoC leads and delivery teams.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with clients in the automotive and engineering sectors
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their recruitment needs and offering tailored solutions
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including offer management and post-placement follow-up
- Maintain and update the CRM accurately and regularly
- Attend client visits and industry networking events as required
Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role (in-house or agency)
Experience within technical, engineering, or automotive sectors is desirable
Familiarity with recruitment CRM systems
Competitive salary with uncapped commission structure
