We're supporting a low-volume OEM on a high-performance supercar programme and looking for experienced Composites Trimming Consultants to join the team. This is a hands-on role working with high-value composite components, where quality, precision, and craftsmanship are critical.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Composite Trimming & Finishing
- Hand trimming components using Dremel, die grinders, routers and air tools
- Working to tight tolerances from engineering drawings
- Delivering high-quality edge finishes on complex geometries
- Sanding, surface prep and finishing
- Filling pinholes and surface imperfections
- Ensuring components meet Class A paint standards
- Assembly & Fitment Support
- Trial fitting and aligning components
- Adjusting to achieve gap & flush targets
- Supporting build teams with fitment readiness
