As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic 360 Recruiter to join our dynamic team.
The Role:
As a 360 Recruiter at Contechs, you’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle – from business development and client management to candidate sourcing and placement. You’ll play a pivotal role in building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, working closely with our internal CoC leads and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with clients in the automotive and engineering sectors
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their recruitment needs and offering tailored solutions
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various platforms and tools
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including offer management and post-placement follow-up
- Collaborate with internal teams to support client delivery and candidate care
- Maintain and update the CRM accurately and regularly
- Attend client visits and industry networking events as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role (in-house or agency)
- Strong business development skills and a confident communicator
- Experience within technical, engineering, or automotive sectors is desirable
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deliver to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and proactive in your approach
- Familiarity with recruitment CRM systems
