PLM Trainer supporting a premium automotive engineering programme. Delivery focused contract supporting rollout of Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) training across engineering user communities. Training delivery focused on application capability within the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. Programme supports a wider digital engineering transformation strategy & adoption of connected engineering processes.
Trainer will be responsible for delivering structured classroom based training to engineering users across multiple capability levels. Delivery will be onsite 5 days per week within the Midlands region. Small classroom sizes with a maximum of 10 users per session to ensure quality & engagement. Training content & course material already developed by the customer. Trainer role focused on delivery excellence, user engagement, adoption & feedback collection. Working closely with programme coordination & governance teams to support scheduling, learner feedback & continuous improvement activity. Supporting a premium OEM environment with high expectations around professionalism, communication & delivery quality. Opportunity to support a large scale engineering transformation programme.

- Proven experience delivering classroom based training within engineering, manufacturing or digital transformation environments
- Ability to explain technical processes clearly to mixed user groups
- Professional presentation & facilitation skills
- Strong organisational capability & attention to detail

- Positive, adaptable & delivery focused mindset
Experience Required
- Experience delivering training within automotive, engineering or manufacturing environments
- Previous experience supporting digital transformation or systems rollout programmes
- Experience delivering role based training sessions to end users
- Strong understanding of classroom delivery techniques & learner engagement
- Experience collecting learner feedback & supporting continuous improvement activity
- Ability to work onsite full time within a customer environment
- Comfortable managing multiple sessions & schedules across a structured delivery programme
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint, Excel & Teams
Experience Preferred
- Automotive industry experience preferred
- Exposure to 3DEXPERIENCE / PLM environments beneficial
- Experience supporting engineering process transformation programmes
- Understanding of Model Based Systems Engineering principles advantageous
- Experience operating within OEM programme environments beneficial
