I am currently recruiting on behalf of an automotive OEM, based in Crewe, who are seeking a Manufacturing Trainer to join their team.
Job Description
As Manufacturing Trainer, your main responsibilities are:
- Identify learning and development needs at individual/group level: Ability to determine appropriate audience.
- Identify the appropriate method of delivery.
- Agree timescales and budget.
- Identify return on investment opportunities.
Qualifications / Skills needed
- Demonstrable experience of identifying learning needs.
- Demonstrable experience of delivering/presenting to a range of audiences.
- Clear, concise and assertive communication skills.
- Understanding of Manufacturing processes and methods.
- Recognised learning and development/HR/coaching qualification.
- Relevant Lean Manufacturing qualification desirable.
