I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking an Issue Management Specialist to join their team

Job Description

As Issue Management Specialist, your main responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the identification, tracking, and resolution of integration issues, across complex systems.
  • Role requires a high level of technical understanding, but is not hands-on in nature.
  • Consistent adherence to established processes.
  • Effective utilisation of issue management tools.
  • Clear and transparent reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • Drive actions based on clear KPI\’s around defect management, with stakeholders across the company.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in developing metrics, dashboards, and professional presentations.
  • Strong knowledge of issue and defect management processes and tools.
  • Proficiency in root cause analysis techniques and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Ability to develop, interpret, and present metrics, KPIs and performance dashboards
  • Solid understanding of software integration principles and dependencies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions on complex or sensitive matters.
