Job Description
As Issue Management Specialist, your main responsibilities include:
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the identification, tracking, and resolution of integration issues, across complex systems.
- Role requires a high level of technical understanding, but is not hands-on in nature.
- Consistent adherence to established processes.
- Effective utilisation of issue management tools.
- Clear and transparent reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Drive actions based on clear KPI\βs around defect management, with stakeholders across the company.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in developing metrics, dashboards, and professional presentations.
- Strong knowledge of issue and defect management processes and tools.
- Proficiency in root cause analysis techniques and problem-solving methodologies.
- Ability to develop, interpret, and present metrics, KPIs and performance dashboards
- Solid understanding of software integration principles and dependencies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions on complex or sensitive matters.
