Aerothermal CATIA Design Engineer Body & Chassis
Woking, Surrey (Hybrid 2 days onsite)

As Aerothermal CATIA Design Engineer your main responsibilities are:
Collaborate closely with Aerodynamicists to create development geometry for CFD and parts for wind tunnel and track testing using CATIA v5 in accordance with existing best practice methods.
Champion continuous improvement in aerodynamic design processes. Coach and mentor others in surface design best practice.
Ensure timely delivery of tasks whilst maintaining high standards of quality.
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office products.
Creative problem-solving skills to optimise geometry within aerodynamic and packaging constraints.
Wind tunnel model design experience would be beneficial.
Engineering technical training such as Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years CATIA v5 surfacing experience in motorsport, automotive or aerospace environments.
