About the company: I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Wolverhampton, who are seeking a BEM Launch Engineer to join their team.
Skills Required:
- Problem solving
- Manufacturing process knowledge
- HV Battery knowledge
Experience Required:
- Preferred degree qualified in relevant engineering subject.
- Demonstrates the Clients' Creators Code behaviours of Customer Love, Unity, Integrity, Growth and Impact.
- Relevant OR previous experience of Launch in Manufacturing; working knowledge of quality tools and processes.
- An individual, who works independently, is results driven, demonstrating tenacity, drive and perseverance with the ability to deliver operational plans in a complex, highly demanding environment.
- Embracing differences, being empathetic, welcoming challenges together empowering each other to deliver.
- Strong people skills and the ability to work individually and in a cross functional team.
Experience Preferred:
- A knowledge of battery systems and design
- Knowledge of PCDS framework
- Experience of AIMS & Issue management systems
- Experience / understanding Agile methodology
