About the company: I am currently recruiting on behalf of an automotive OEM, based in Solihull, who are looking for a SAP Systems Trainer to join their team.
Job Description: As SAP Systems Trainer, your main responsibilities will include:
- Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
- Design and create role-based SAP user training
- Developing training content including classroom courses
- Assisting with training impact assessments
- Creating stakeholder training and engagement plans
Experience Required:
- 5+ years' experience in SAP modules (ideally SAP Plant Maintenance) training
- Training Needs Analysis
- Training Strategy
- Training Schedule/Plans
- Face-to-Face training delivery
