12 Month Contract £28.43 per hour - Inside IR35 (Umbrella Rate)

Applicants MUST have proof of immediate, on-going and valid eligibility to work full time in the UK and travel within the EU.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily system administration for Adobe Workfront, ensuring the platform is set up correctly and functioning well for all C&I teams.
- Work closely with colleagues across the department, gathering information on work requests, resource needs, and approval processes.
- Act as the go-to contact for Workfront users, answering questions, maintaining data accuracy, and coordinating system updates or changes.
- Support preparation and update training materials, and assist in delivering training sessions.
- Coordinate budgets and license management for Frame IO, Workfront, and MLDNA (AEM).
- Help maintain digital asset organisation, ensuring metadata standards are followed.
- Support the setup and maintenance of automated workflows.
- Stay aware of new tools and trends in digital asset management.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of digital asset management processes.
Systems & Technical Skills:
- An understanding of Adobe Workfront (or similar project management/workflow tools).
- Familiarity with MLDNA (AEM), Frame IO, or other digital asset management platforms.
- Confidence working with metadata, tagging structures, and digital asset organisation principles.
- Basic understanding of automated workflows.
Administrative & Organisational Strengths:
- Strong organisational skills to manage system data, user information, licenses, and budgets.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and workflow configurations.
- Ability to coordinate information from multiple teams.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Clear and confident communication skills to liaise with colleagues.
- Ability to translate team needs into system requirements.
- A collaborative mindset, working closely with the librarian team and other stakeholders.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Management, Asset Management, or a related discipline.
- Experience in asset management, content management, or a hybrid operational role.
- Experience with digital content workflows and cross-functional project delivery.
