Position: (phone number removed) Suspension Engineer \\n\\nLocation: Gaydon \\n\\nPosition Type: Contract \\n\\nInside IR35\\n\\nSalary: £27.71 per hour umbrella inside IR35\\n\\nI am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM based in Gaydon who are seeking a Suspension engineer to join their team on a long term rolling contract\\n\\n40 hours per week\\n\\nInside IR35\\n\\nDuties: \\n\\nApply engineering theories and principles to perform complex work in research and development of suspension engineering systems, including the design, characterization, and iterative refinement of suspension devices.\\nWork within an Agile Squad to develop industrialized products.\\nDeliver the commodity plan to quality, cost and time, including maintaining the Worldwide Engineering Release System\\nAssist in the Management of Change Requests, expenditure forecasting and the relevant supplier teams in support of delivery of the programme milestones\\nMeet programme targets for cost and weight\\nLegal regulations and Requirements Management & Design Verification documentation\\nKeep all Module documentation up to date including meeting records Skills: \\n\\nPrevious experience of managing resolution of business, technical and process issues within a Project Team environment\\nA good working knowledge of product creation & delivery, change control, product definition and change management processes\\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong influencing and engagement skills Education: \\n\\nDegree qualified or equivalent experience preferred \\n\\nWhy work through Contechs?\\n\\nContechs is a leading Automotive, Design, Engineering, Technology and Innovation Recruitment Consultancy.
