12‑month contract based in Solihull (onsite working). £39.90 per hour (Inside IR35), 40 hours per week.

Eligibility: Applicants must have proof of immediate, on‑going and valid eligibility to work full time and travel within the UK.

Role Overview

  • Conduct training needs analysis (TNA).
  • Design and create role‑based SAP user training.
  • Develop training content including classroom courses.
  • Assist with training impact assessments.
  • Create stakeholder training and engagement plans.

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP modules, ideally SAP Plant Maintenance training.
  • Experience with training needs analysis, training strategy, training schedule/plans.
  • Face‑to‑face training delivery.
