A 2-month initial contract (until end of Mar.) with hybrid working in Gaydon at £33.88ph (Inside IR35), 40 hrs pw.

About the company: I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking an Issue Management Specialist to join their team.
Job Description: As Issue Management Specialist, your main responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the identification, tracking, and resolution of integration issues across complex systems.
- Ensure consistent adherence to established processes.
- Effective utilisation of issue management tools.
- Clear, and transparent, reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Drive actions, based on clear KPI's around defect management, with stakeholders.
Qualifications/Skills needed:
- Strong skills in developing metrics, dashboards, and professional presentations are essential.
- Educated to degree level, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of issue and defect management processes and tools.
- Proficiency in root cause analysis techniques and problem-solving methodologies.
- Solid understanding of software integration principles and dependencies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions on complex or sensitive matters.
