We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Specialist to join our team and drive excellence in our supply chain and supplier management processes. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality, compliance, and efficiency of our supplier relationships, supporting manufacturing and quality assurance initiatives across various projects. Your expertise will help us maintain high standards aligned with industry regulations and standards, fostering strong partnerships with suppliers to deliver exceptional products and services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where continuous improvement and innovation are valued.
Role in Detail:
- Work with Suppliers to ensure that they self-manage their remote access into PLM engineering applications in a timely manner and provide support where applicable.
- Manage Supplier support cases via Salesforce (CRM) software including managing cases, escalating cases into relevant teams within the client's organisation, creating/editing Salesforce accounts and adding support contracts/supported products.
- Create and deliver webinar sessions to Suppliers which will provide proactive support based on frequently asked questions and support cases as well as driving urgency to complete the requirements of the client.
- Produce dashboards and reports for management to help review issues currently outstanding.
- Implement on-boarding and support process improvements to align to customer requirements.
The successful applicant will be able to work within a technical environment, as part of a wider process to ensure that Suppliers are compliant with connectivity, capability and competency that the team is delivering. The successful applicant will focus heavily on the management of Suppliers in ensuring that they have the ability to work collaboratively & efficiently with the client, including the resolution of issues that arise as part of this process.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, both face to face and telephone.
- Strong stakeholder management & objection handling.
- Driven and highly self-motivated with a dynamic customer focused attitude.
- Organised with the ability to prioritise and take pride in their work.
- Problem solver and able to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to deconstruct information into smaller categories in order to draw conclusions.
- Experience of working with Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Salesforce skills would be an advantage but sufficient training will be provided.
