Location: Hybrid Working - Dunton, Essex or Cologne Germany

Recommended knowledge for Programs in TCe and SDMS:

  • DTO Surface development and release processes
  • SDMS - SCR and Part Request Processes
  • SDMS - Venom (Part Numbering site for DTO)
  • MPNR (Master Part Number Registry)
  • Product Structure (EBOM, VSS and ECS)

Post K6 Handoff for TCe Programs:

  • Pre-K6 Check MP's, TCe folders and the SDMS site for discrepancies relative to an accurate part count
  • Check the Product Structure MP's/Parts that the proper attributes are applied (IP Classification, Project ID's, Rev Description and Occurrence Names)
  • Assume ownership of the MP's/Parts
  • K6 to FAA SDMS/ eSCR management and admin
  • Creation and release SM part in SDMS
  • Support Appearance Meetings to review eSCRs
  • Monitor eSCRs and Part Request accuracy and assist with changes
  • Check, update and adjust approver list for eSCRs
  • SPOC for Production Studio SDMS issues
  • BulkmailEx owner to send Release Notes to the Program Team
  • Project manage delivery of eSCRs with Production Studio and Purchase Service
  • TCe Management and Data Admin Assistance with finding parts
  • Gaining access & permissions
  • Follow local methods and procedures for Studio deliveries
  • Data Sharing/Ownership with Production Studio team and Purchase Service
  • TCe Release MPs for approved eSCRs
  • Update MP with approved eSCRs changes
  • Deliver MP release for Production Studio milestones
  • Create MP/Parts with security attributes applied

Partnership Programs Support:

  • 3DX data translation to TCe when required
  • Lead CAD data and supporting document exchange

Post FDJ (One off process):

  • Be SPoC for regional Studio Class A surface change
  • Support local program teams with coordination and surface change management
  • Follow local methods and procedures for one off process
  • Facilitate meetings to establish change details
  • Review Part Request and confirm accuracy of information and Model Year
  • Create Sub-Program in the SDMS site
  • Create MPs/Parts/Folders in TCe with the correct attributes
  • Release MPs/Parts and send MP Update Notification to the team
  • Attach to the Product Structure
