\\nThe successful candidate will take on a pivotal role ensuring alignment with customer expectations, technical feasibility, and programme timelines to deliver an efficient electrical system.Key Accountabilities:\\n\\nElectrical Efficiency Vision:\\nCreate and develop Electrical Efficiency Vision, representing the voice of the customer in all stages of feature development, with a strong understanding of energy and efficiency implications\\nCreate Visualisation Tools of electrical energy management data:\\nCreate and present concepts of electrical energy management strategies to a wide range of stakeholders.\\nStakeholder Engagement:\\nInfluence & collaboration with stakeholders across levels and functions, leveraging natural leadership and interpersonal warmth.\\nCross-Functional Communication:\\nAct as the primary liaison in EEM you will represent the team across all engineering functions. Ensure consistent understanding and implementation of requirements across all stakeholders.\\nChange Management:\\nTrack changes and assess their impact on existing and future vehicle programmes. Lead updates to requirements and communicate changes effectively.
