Responsibilities
- Working in different laboratories as demand requires
- Provide high quality customer service at all times by ensuring effective organisation of assigned workload, integrity of analytical data generated and timely/accurate provision of results
- Perform a range of basic routine analysis, product manufacturing and sample preparation under supervision of a senior member of staff
- Perform laboratory tasks following specified methodologies, such as Standard Operating Procedures
- Use of specified instrumentation and laboratory equipment, including calibration where required
- Produce reliable, accurate data and keep accurate records of laboratory work undertaken and results
- Follow product formulations and methods considering standard operating procedures and food safety to produce food products at bench scale or manufacturing
- Operate basic lab and manufacturing equipment as directed
