Contechs Consulting in Chirk, Wales, seeks an Engineering Manufacturing Lead to oversee all engineering operations within our manufacturing process plant on a 6-month contract. You will lead a multidisciplinary team across mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines, drive reliability, safety, and efficiency, and shift maintenance from reactive to preventative/predictive.
This role requires strong lean experience (5S, Kaizen, VSM, TPM), CMMS (SAP), and ability to align engineering.
