- Provide business operations, finance administration and departmental support to the Advanced Planning & Business team.
- The role supports the efficient delivery of business processes, budget administration, training coordination, reporting activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
- The successful candidate will work across a range of business activities, helping maintain departmental systems, processes and records while supporting project and operational requirements.
- Support departmental budget administration and financial tracking activities.
- Assist with purchase orders, invoice processing, WBS administration and financial reporting.
- Coordinate training activities, records, bookings and learning compliance requirements. Skills Required:
