I am currently recruiting on behalf of an automotive OEM, based in West Midlands, who are looking for a Sustaining Engineer to join their team.

Job Description

As Sustaining Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Research, develop and prepare specs for improvements
  • Improve existing and/or new products, processes, equipment and tech
  • Identify quality and cost improvement opportunities
  • Evaluate, develop and verify product concepts
  • Ensure products being developed are reliable and conform to specs
