I am currently working with one of my clients who are one of the UK’s largest most influential Automotive OEMs in the UK. They are currently searching for a HR Consultant to join their team on a long term rolling contract basis. You will be based within the product development team working on site at the production plant located in the South East Region of the UK.

Base: 37.5 hours per week with overtime available at premium rates after 12 weeks duration.

Position Description:

HR CONSULTANT Quick Lane Europe, which is a newly-established rapid fit business in Europe, is required to set up an independent and fully functioning headquarters employing approximately 30 people directly in Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new HR team which will be instrumental in setting up and supporting the implementation and growth of this new business.

Skills Required:

  • Applicants should be degree and CIPD qualified, IT literate and have a minimum of 5 years experience of working in a strategic HR customer-focused role.

Skills Preferred:

  • Ideally applicants will have experience of business start-ups and or project delivery.

Experience Required:

  • At least 5 years experience of working within HR with a proven record of HR service delivery as HR Generalist/Business partner.

Experience Preferred:

  • Experience of project management, launching and implementing programmes, business set ups.
