Looking for a new position on a long‑term rolling contract in Essex? We’re seeking a Customer Relationship Specialist – Dealership with IT and dealer management systems experience to support our automotive OEM client.
Base 37.5 hours per week, overtime available at premium rates after 12 weeks.
Location: South East Region of the UK – Brentwood, Essex (on‑site at the production plant).
Position Description:
- Excellent understanding of IT systems.
- Experience with dealer management systems.
- Coordinate the website and support managers’ requests.
- Key integration with other dealerships and markets.
- Implement new IT system and ensure everything works.
- Support concerns and issues that arise on the website.
- Constant use of databases and understanding roadmap items.
- Liaise with offshore teams – follow up with their market rates and assist with the website and database.
