A leading automotive OEM is seeking a highly experienced HR Consultant for its Essex location. This role is part of a new HR team that will be instrumental in setting up and supporting the implementation and growth of this new business.
Requirements
- Skills Required: Applicants should be degree and CIPD qualified, IT literate and have a minimum of 5 years experience of working in a strategic HR customer‑focused role.
- Skills Preferred: Ideally applicants will have experience of business start‑ups and/or project delivery.
- Experience Required: At least 5 years experience of working within HR with a proven record of HR service delivery as HR Generalist/Business Partner.
- Experience Preferred: Experience of project management, launching and implementing programmes, business set‑ups.
- Education Required: Degree qualified.
- Education Preferred: CIPD qualified.
Contract: 12 months rolling contract.
