Responsibilities
- Quality control in an administrative capacity for the production facility.
- Read and understand shop fabrication drawings and specs and verify accuracy of documentation.
- Perform internal audits and maintain quality control inspection records.
- Maintain, organize, and report out on quality performance data.
- Resolve quality issues due to clerical/CAD errors.
- Help facilitate monthly physical inventory, verifying accuracy.
- Distribute and verify quality of Bills of Material and Fabrication packets.
- Coach and train the team in quality requirements.
About You
We Require
- High School Diploma or GED. Associate’s degree preferred.
- 2 years of manufacturing experience.
Prior QC experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) specifications.
- Ability to interpret readings from Micrometers, Calipers, and other QC tools.
- Basic Microsoft Excel experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
